Products
Woven Mesh ( Plain Weave / Wire Cloth)
- High precision with fine micron ratings
- Excellent for accurate and consistent particle control
- Available from 2 mesh to 500 mesh (micron- level precision)
- Consistent aperture tolerance for industrial filtration applications
- Common materials: SS304 / SS316
- Best for: Filtration, sieving, fine particle separation
Available in SUS 304 and SUS 316.
A woven fabric that is pliable enough to lend itself to weaving. Also known as wire gauze or wire cloth, woven mesh is an extremely versatile material suitable for many sieving, straining and filtering applications. It is also woven to fine limits and can be used to separate out particles of a given size.
Welded Mesh ( Welded / Wire Mesh)
- Strong and rigid grid structure
- Ideal for structural and security applications
- Lower flexibility but high mechanical strength
- Common materials: SS304 / SS316 / Galvanised
- Best for: Fencing, reinforcement, enclosures
Available in SUS 304, SUS 316 and Galvanised.
Welded mesh is the electronic fusion of two wires together to create a grid. However it acts as an alternative to woven wire mesh where mechanical strength is paramount. Welded wire mesh offers a much smaller range than woven wire.
Crimped Mesh ( Pre-Crimped Wire Mesh)
- Locked wire intersections prevent movement
- Maintains shape under vibration and heavy loads
- Suitable for larger apertures and thicker wires
- High durability in harsh environments
- Common materials: SS304 / SS316 / Galvanised
- Best for: Screening, mining, quarry, heavy-duty use
Available in SUS 304, SUS 316 and Galvanised.
A refinement of the pre-crimp technique. The crimping of the warp and shute wires is done in such a manner to actually ‘lock’ the wires together at their point of intersection, offering further assurance of no wire movement.
Perforated Sheet
- Clean and consistent hole patterns
- Good for airflow and aesthetics
- Wide range of hole sizes and designs
- Less flexible than woven mesh
- Common materials: SS304 / SS316 / Aluminum / Galvanised / Mild Steel
- Best for: Architectural, acoustic, decorative, ventilation
Available in SUS 304, SUS 316, Galvanised, Mild Steel, Aluminium,
Perforated plate is manufactured by cold punching sheets of metal with a series of holes of any shape and size in various patterns.
Expanded Metal
- Made from a single sheet — no welding or joints
- Strong, anti-slip, and good load distribution
- Cost-effective for structural applications
- Common materials: Mild Steel / HDG / Aluminum / SS
- Best for: Walkways, platforms, facades, security
Available in SUS 304, SUS 316, Galvanised, Mild Steel, Aluminium,
Expanded metal is formed from a metal material which is then cut and stretched while still leaving it attached to the sheet at the knuckle. The manufacturing process enables the metal to retain its shape when it is cut. The uncut knuckles support weight and can withstand stress better than some welded wire mesh or woven wire materials. It can be supplied in a variety of finishes, thickness, raised or flattened. Flattening creates a smoother surface but is not as strong as the more robust raised metal mesh often used for walkways.
Welded Fencing / BRC Fence
- Pre-welded panels with rolled top and bottom edges for added safety and rigidity or flat type
- Strong and durable with excellent structural stability
- Quick installation with minimal maintenance required
- Common materials: GI / HDG
- Best for: Perimeter fencing, construction sites, factories, residential boundaries
Available in SUS 304 and SUS 316.
Stainless Steel soft wire ranging from 0.3 mm to 4 mm thickness.
Architectural Mesh
- Combines aesthetics with functionality
- Allows light, airflow, and partial visibility
- Available in various patterns and finishes
- Durable and suitable for indoor and outdoor applications
- Common materials: SS304 / SS316 / Aluminium
- Best for: Facades, cladding, ceilings, decorative screening
Architectural Metal Mesh is woven mesh that is used in an architectural application. They allow structures to breathe, enable otherwise impossible sight lines, and augment the appearance of interior and exterior walls, all while forming safety and design separators in and on a structure. These products create boundaries without barriers.
Barbed Wire / Concertina Wire / Razor Mesh
- Designed for deterrence and highsecurity applications
- Sharp barbs or coils provide enhanced protection against intrusion
- Commonly used in industrial sites, warehouses, and high-risk areas
- Common materials: Galvanised / Aluminium
- Best for: Security fencing, perimeter protection, restricted areas
A type of fencing wire constructed with sharp edges or points arranged at intervals along the strands. It is used to construct inexpensive fences and is used atop walls surrounding secured property.
Chain Link Fencing
- Cost-effective and easy to install
- Provides visibility while maintaining security
- Flexible yet durable for outdoor environments
- Common materials: Galvanised / PVC-coated / Aluminium
- Best for: Boundary fencing, sports facilities, general security
Available in P.V.C Coated and Aluminium.
The wires run vertically and are bent into a zigzag pattern and this forms the characteristic diamond pattern. It is usually used as a surrounding protection and security purposes.
Insect Screen
- Effectively keeps out insects and pests while allowing natural airflow and visibility
- Lightweight and durable for long-term use
- Low maintenance and easy to install
- Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications
- Common materials: Fiberglass / Aluminium / Galvanised / Brass / SS
- Best for: Windows, doors, ventilation openings in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces
Available in SUS 304, SUS 316, Aluminium, Brass, Fiberglass
An insect screen is a metal wire, fibre glass, or other synthetic fiber mesh, designed to cover the opening. Its primary purpose is to keep insects from entering a building or a screened structure, while permitting fresh air-flow.
Knitted Mesh
- Made from interlocking wire loops for high flexibility and resilience
- Excellent for gas-liquid separation and filtration efficiency
- Can be compressed into various densities and shapes
- Common materials: SS304 / SS316 / POLYPROPYLENE
- Best for: Filtration, demisters, oil/gas separation
Knitted wire mesh is a metal wire or plastic strand knitted into a mesh structure in very much the same way as stockings or sweaters. It is knitted in a circular pattern resembling a tube sock. Its interlocking-loop construction gives it tremendous strength and resiliency while allowing it to be pliable and to conform to almost any size, shape and density requirements.
Soft Wire
- Flexible and easy to bend, twist, and handle
- Suitable for construction, packaging, and everyday applications
- Available in various thicknesses
- Cost-effective and versatile
- Common materials: SS304 / SS316
- Best for: Binding, tying, generalpurpose use
Available in SUS 304 and SUS 316.
Stainless Steel soft wire ranging from 0.3 mm to 4 mm thickness.
Customised Strainers / Baskets
- Designed and fabricated to specific project requirements
- Supports various mesh types, sizes, and configurations
