Plain Weave (Woven) Mesh
A woven fabric that is pliable enough to lend itself to weaving. Also known as wire gauze or wire cloth, woven mesh is an extremely versatile material suitable for many sieving, straining and filtering applications. It is also woven to fine limits and can be used to separate out particles of a given size.
Available in SUS 304 and SUS 316. |

Welded Mesh
Welded mesh is the electronic fusion of two wires together to create a grid. However it acts as an alternative to woven wire mesh where mechanical strength is paramount. Welded wire mesh offers a much smaller range than woven wire.
Available in SUS 304, SUS 316 and Galvanised. |

Crimped Mesh
A refinement of the pre-crimp technique. The crimping of the warp and shute wires is done in such a manner to actually 'lock' the wires together at their point of intersection, offering further assurance of no wire movement.
Available in SUS 304, SUS 316 and Galvanised.

Perforated Sheet
Perforated plate is manufactured by cold punching sheets of metal with a series of holes of any shape and size in various patterns.
Available in SUS 304, SUS 316, Galvanised, Mild Steel, Aluminium, |

Expanded Metal
Expanded metal is formed from a metal material which is then cut and stretched while still leaving it attached to the sheet at the knuckle. The manufacturing process enables the metal to retain its shape when it is cut.
The uncut knuckles support weight and can withstand stress better than some welded wire mesh or woven wire materials. It can be supplied in a variety of finishes, thickness, raised or flattened. Flattening creates a smoother surface but is not as strong as the more robust raised metal mesh often used for walkways.
Available in SUS 304, SUS 316, Galvanised, Mild Steel, Aluminium, |

Architectural Mesh
Architectural Metal Mesh is woven mesh that is used in an architectural application. They allow structures to breathe, enable otherwise impossible sight lines, and augment the appearance of interior and exterior walls, all while forming safety and design separators in and on a structure. These products create boundaries without barriers. |

Barbed Wire
A type of fencing wire constructed with sharp edges or points arranged at intervals along the strands. It is used to construct inexpensive fences and is used atop walls surrounding secured property.

|
Chain Link Fencing
The wires run vertically and are bent into a zigzag pattern and this forms the characteristic diamond pattern. It is usually used as a surrounding protection and security purposes.
Available in P.V.C Coated and Aluminium. |

Insect Screen
An insect screen is a metal wire, fibre glass, or other synthetic fiber mesh, designed to cover the opening. Its primary purpose is to keep insects from entering a building or a screened structure, while permitting fresh air-flow.
Available in SUS 304, SUS 316, Aluminium, Brass, Fiberglass

Knitted Wire Mesh / Demister Pads
Knitted wire mesh is a metal wire or plastic strand knitted into a mesh structure in very much the same way as stockings or sweaters. It is knitted in a circular pattern resembling a tube sock. Its interlocking-loop construction gives it tremendous strength and resiliency while allowing it to be pliable and to conform to almost any size, shape and density requirements.
